Privacy Policy
Last updated October 30, 2026
This policy explains what NEOBIZE LLC (“NeoHire”, “we”) collects when you use NeoHire, why, who can see it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect little: no advertising, no tracking pixels, and we never sell your information.

Who can see your information
- Companies whose programs you open. When an influencer taps “Get referral link” on a job, that company can see the influencer’s name, email, phone number, social profile link, follower count, and which of its jobs they opened. Companies agree to use this only to run their referral program.
- If you apply for a job: the company gets everything you entered on the application. The influencer whose link you used sees only your first name and last initial, the job, and whether you were hired. About a month after you apply, we email you once to ask whether you were hired; your answer is shared with the company and that influencer, and is used to settle disputes about referral bonuses.
- The public. Job listings, company pages, and each company’s track record (how quickly it reviews applicants, how many bonuses it marked paid, and disputes) are public. Influencer profiles and applications are not.
- Service providers that host the site, store data, and send email for us, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only for us.
- Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect the safety of users and the public.
- A buyer or successor, if NeoHire is sold or merged, under this policy’s protections.
Once you sign up for a company’s referral program on its website, that company’s own privacy policy applies to what you give it there.
Cookies
We use only cookies that are needed for the site to work: one that keeps you signed in and protects forms. No analytics or advertising cookies. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
How long we keep it
Applications are kept for 24 months so hires and bonuses can be verified, then deleted. Applicants can ask us to delete theirs sooner at contact@neobize.com. We keep account information until you delete your account. When you do, we delete your account and profile, and for company accounts, the company and all its listings, right away. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
Your rights and choices
Wherever you live, you can:
- See and download your data: use “Download my data” on your account page.
- Correct it: edit your profile or company settings at any time.
- Delete it: use “Delete account” on your account page.
- Ask us anything or make any other request at contact@neobize.com. We answer within 30 days.
If you’re in the European Economic Area or the UK (GDPR): we use your information to provide the service you asked for (contract), to keep it secure (legitimate interests), and to keep consent records (legal obligation). You can also object to or restrict processing, and complain to your local data protection authority.
If you’re a California resident (CCPA/CPRA): you have the rights to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and to not be treated differently for using them. We don’t sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Security
Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted with HTTPS, sessions are stored on our servers, and forms are protected against cross-site attacks. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we’ll tell you as the law requires.
Children
NeoHire is for adults 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you think a minor has an account, tell us and we’ll delete it.

We may store and process information in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. Where the law requires it, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Changes
If we make significant changes, we’ll tell you by email or on the site before they take effect.
