Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and NEOBIZE LLC (“NeoHire”, “we”, “us”) for your use of the NeoHire website and services. By creating an account or using NeoHire, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use NeoHire.

1. What NeoHire does

NeoHire is a directory of job referral programs. Companies list jobs together with a link to their own referral program. Influencers browse those listings, follow the link, and sign up for the company’s program on the company’s own website to get a personal referral link.

A job uses one of two methods. With NeoHire referral links, each influencer gets a personal link, people apply through NeoHire, and the company sees each applicant credited to the influencer who referred them. With the company’s own referral program, influencers sign up on the company’s website and the company tracks referrals itself.

Referral bonuses are an agreement between the company and the influencer. The company sets the bonus and its terms and pays it directly. NeoHire records applicants, hires, and payments the company marks, but doesn’t employ anyone, make hiring decisions, hold money, or pay bonuses.

2. Who can use NeoHire

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use NeoHire for a company, you confirm you’re authorized to act for that company and accept these terms on its behalf.

3. Your account

Give accurate information and keep it current. Keep your password private; you’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at contact@neobize.com if you think someone else has accessed it. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

4. Rules for companies

• Only list real, open jobs and referral programs you’re authorized to offer, and keep listings accurate, including the referral bonus and its conditions.
• Review applicants within 14 days, reach a decision within 60 days, and record every hire honestly, including hires of applicants referred through NeoHire links.
• Pay each referral bonus as stated in your listing, and mark it paid in NeoHire only after you’ve paid it.
• We email applicants to ask whether they were hired. If an applicant says they were hired and you haven’t recorded it, a dispute opens that you and the influencer can see. We show each company’s track record publicly, including review speed, bonuses marked paid, and disputes. We may warn, flag, or remove companies that misreport hires or don’t pay bonuses.
• For jobs that use your own referral program, honor that program as described on your website.
• Comply with all employment laws, including equal employment opportunity and anti-discrimination laws. Don’t post listings that discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
• When influencers open your program, we share their name, email, phone number, and audience details with you (see the Privacy Policy). Use that information only to run your referral program and to contact them about it, and handle it in line with applicable privacy laws.
• Close listings when the job or program is no longer available.

5. Rules for influencers

• Disclose that you may earn a bonus. When you share a referral link, say clearly that you may be paid for referrals, for example “I get a bonus if you’re hired through my link” or #ad. In the United States this is required by the Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides, and similar rules apply elsewhere.
• Follow each company’s referral program rules and the rules of every platform where you post.
• Be honest about jobs. Don’t misrepresent pay, benefits, or requirements, and don’t make promises on a company’s behalf.
• Don’t spam, buy fake referrals, refer yourself, or use bots or other tricks to inflate results.

6. Things no one may do

Don’t use NeoHire to break the law; post false, misleading, or harmful content; collect other users’ information without permission; try to access accounts or systems that aren’t yours; interfere with the service; or copy the site or its listings in bulk by automated means.

7. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post, such as job listings and profile details. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate and promote NeoHire. You confirm you have the rights to post it. We may remove listings or content that break these terms.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts and remove listings that break these terms or put users at risk. You can stop using NeoHire and delete your account at any time.

9. Fees

NeoHire is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we’ll tell you before you’re charged and you can choose whether to use them.

10. Disclaimers

NeoHire is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t guarantee that any listing is accurate, that any job is available, that any referral will be credited or paid, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, NEOBIZE LLC won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or referral bonuses, arising from your use of NeoHire or any referral program. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify NEOBIZE LLC against claims arising from your listings, your referral program, your posts, or your breach of these terms or the law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the place you live.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll notify you by email or on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use NeoHire after that means you accept the updated terms.
