NeoHire is a job referral marketplace. Companies post jobs with a referral bonus and the conditions for earning it. Anyone with a network, from a friend group to a WhatsApp chat to a creator’s followers, can share a personal link and earn the bonus when someone they referred is hired and the company’s conditions are met.
Why it works this way
Most good hires come from someone who knows the candidate. Job boards bury applications in a pile; a referral from someone the candidate trusts cuts through it. So NeoHire asks companies to state the bonus terms up front, shows each company’s public track record, and lets referrers confirm when a bonus actually arrives.
How NeoHire makes money
Today it doesn’t charge anyone. Posting a job is free, joining as a referrer is free, and there’s no fee on bonuses: companies pay referrers directly. See pricing.
